About CCPA Awareness

The CCPA allows Californians to readily request, delete, or protect their personal information (PI) collected and governed by a business. Under the CCPA, Californians can demand to see the information that is saved on them and how it is shared with third-parties. The law allows consumers to sue companies if the privacy guidelines are violated, even if there is no breach.
